What we record
Your enquiry records your route, your belongings, your timing, the help you have asked for and your contact details. You can also upload an inventory, photographs or supporting documents. These are stored privately with your enquiry, reviewed by our staff, and attached to the enquiry email our office receives and to the copy we send you. Staff may forward the enquiry and its supporting files to a contact helping to assess or arrange your requested move. We also keep basic technical information about the request to help limit automated abuse. Nothing you send us appears on the website.
Postcode suggestions
Your countries, towns and postal codes help us assess collection and delivery. You can enter these details manually. Postal codes are optional for international enquiries; please use the full code when providing a UK postcode.
Currency exchange requests
We introduce customers to a specialist currency exchange partner. We do not exchange currency or handle your money. Ticking the currency exchange box on a moving enquiry asks the partner to contact you using the name, email, phone number, route and timing you have already given us. Leaving it unticked means no currency follow-up. The separate currency exchange page is for enquiries connected to an international move or shipment, and asks for your agreement to partner contact there. Neither form exchanges money or commits you to a rate.
